After finding out that our 32 year old furnace was kaput, we did some checking. After a couple of quotes, we opted for Poormans, which was way less costly than the others. The old furnace couldn’t even be used and it got very cold outside, very fast. Poormans worked with us over a weekend and was able to get fast installation within 24 hours of completing the paperwork.
The furnace the Poorman’s Heating and Air Conditioning installed in my home is fantastic! It is a modulating unit and has helped to drop my heating costs significantly! I am very thankful their team came out when they did. Thanks, Poorman’s for the excellent job you did on my furnace for my family!
Hey Mike, It’s Sara from Pet Social. Just wanted to know our AC quit working at our house tonight. Of course it happens on a Friday night, LOL. I called your 24-hour service number and Kegan showed up at our house within the hour. We have a geothermal and I guess it’s set up is a bit unsual. I just wanted you to know that Kegan did an amazing job, he was super friendly and didn’t gave up until he got us up and running again. I also left a review on Google for you. Hope all is well with you, I miss seeing everyone every week.
Just wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with the salesmanship of Seth Secaur and the installation of my new furnace and air conditioner! I don’t remember the names of the two men that did the installation but they did a great job!
Don & Tyler did an install on a ventilation system at my shop today. Both were extremely courteous & professional – and the job came out beautifully.

Again, you have outperformed the competition! Thank you for the prompt service, effort, and communication. The tenant even said he liked you/had a better feeling about you than the other company. Speaking of the competition, the tenant reported to me today that he got a call from them to schedule a time tomorrow to return to this property prior to sending me their quote. I asked the tenant to go ahead and schedule the return for them so that I can present the homeowner with multiple quotes. Im sure you know that Poormans has my loyalty and continued endorsement. As soon as I begin to manage associations, I will make sure you are high on the “preferred vendor” list! We are getting new Associations pretty quickly, so I anticipate community management before too long.
I was at the Sawmill Woods Board of Directors meeting last night. The board again tabled the “go ahead” with the furnace/AC replacement. I just wanted to keep you up-to-date as much as Im able.

Poorman’s has been wonderful to business with. When they came to install my A/C and Furnace today, the guys were extremely professional. They needed to put the A/C unit in a different place due to a water meter being in the way, Rather than…..
This trip i needed information. I had a heating problem that didn’t need to start with a tech at the house. Steve came out and spent some time with me, discussing the interaction between new thermostats and the furnace board logic controls. Nothing was really “wrong”. I wanted an explanation of how it all works i left satisfied.
