Again, you have outperformed the competition! Thank you for the prompt service, effort, and communication. The tenant even said he liked you/had a better feeling about you than the other company. Speaking of the competition, the tenant reported to me today that he got a call from them to schedule a time tomorrow to return to this property prior to sending me their quote. I asked the tenant to go ahead and schedule the return for them so that I can present the homeowner with multiple quotes. I’m sure you know that Poorman’s has my loyalty and continued endorsement. As soon as I begin to manage associations, I will make sure you are high on the “preferred vendor” list! We are getting new Associations pretty quickly, so I anticipate community management before too long.
I was at the Sawmill Woods Board of Directors meeting last night. The board again tabled the “go ahead” with the furnace/AC replacement. I just wanted to keep you up-to-date as much as I’m able.

This trip i needed information. I had a heating problem that didn’t need to start with a tech at the house. Steve came out and spent some time with me, discussing the interaction between new thermostats and the furnace board logic controls. Nothing was really “wrong”. I wanted an explanation of how it all works i left satisfied.
