What a great company. I called because of of fumes making me Ill, possibly furnace? They came out immediately. He found the cause of the problem in minutes. CO2, very serious. Fixed that issue immediately. Looked at a couple other things for me, and fixed those also right then and there. Real old fashioned customer service. You don’t see that these days. I would recommend them to everyone! I give them an A+.

Poormans visited my home for a 15 minute consultation. Let them know about our vacation. Left Poormans a key to get in while we were on vacation. We came home a week later to cool house. AC stopped putting out cold air and was running continuously. Called Steve to get a re-charge and sent a tech out the next day. Tech found a couple bad lines and replaced. Up and running within 24 hrs and very pleasant experience! Thanks again to Steve and Cam!!!!

Thank you to Poormans! We got quotes from four HVAC contractors as our furnace was making a funny noise. Poormans had the most comprehensive evaluation of our current system. We looked at reviews of different systems and decided on a Trane and Poormans. Of course then our furnace died. Cam tried to talk us through the weekend over the phone to save us a repair expense and was wonderful. But to no avail. Mike brought us portable heaters to get us through the cold weekend until our furnace could be installed…who does that?!?. Poormans even put us as a priority install as we had no heat. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Poormans is from the first quote to the final install. Will never use anyone else, and neither should you!

After finding out that our 32 year old furnace was kaput, we did some checking. After a couple of quotes, we opted for Poormans, which was way less costly than the others. The old furnace couldn’t even be used and it got very cold outside, very fast. Poormans worked with us over a weekend and was able to get fast installation within 24 hours of completing the paperwork.
