Our recent AC install had some challenges: kept shutting down due to the water sensor being tripped. Your guys did a great job of digging into it and finding the root cause (which was not so simple) and not just making it work, but building a robust solution to truly correct the issue (depending on if someone was standing in the attic, the unit would or would not be level. They built a frame to help ensure the weight of the system was being evenly borne by the joists). I really appreciate the effort that went into this. A neighbor wound up having an issue with their own system and asked us who we used. I referred her to you guys and she was beyond thrilled with how much better you guys handled her issue than the first company she called out.

Very happy with my new air conditioner and furnace install. Technicians were fast and efficient on the install and they did very clean work. After the install they walked me through running and maintaining the equipment they installed. Would and do recommend Poormans for HVAC and also their plumbing services.

What a great company. I called because of of fumes making me Ill, possibly furnace? They came out immediately. He found the cause of the problem in minutes. CO2, very serious. Fixed that issue immediately. Looked at a couple other things for me, and fixed those also right then and there. Real old fashioned customer service. You don’t see that these days. I would recommend them to everyone! I give them an A+.

Poormans visited my home for a 15 minute consultation. Let them know about our vacation. Left Poormans a key to get in while we were on vacation. We came home a week later to cool house. The house temp was 85 degrees until Poormans installed our new unit! And a huge bonus, the AC works better than the old unit! Thanks Poormans
