After moving into our new house about 4 years ago our HVAC system was showing massive drops in efficiency and overall abilities as it turned out to be 30 plus years old. We never had any heat or AC through our second story gaming room vent and very little in all other upstairs vents except the bathroom. After a quick free consultation/inspection from the knowledgeable Ryan Smith, we hammered out the details and options to get my wife and I set up with the perfect system. A team of expert professional installers (shout out to Tyler and his crew) took all the time and effort required to set up and troubleshoot all the curveballs our awesome but janky house threw at them. We now have plenty of airflow in EVERY vent in the house and my gaming room even gets toasty enough to need the vent closed now and again! I got to tell you, the installation went very well, and the 2 young men, Mitchell and Nolan who installed the boiler were super. They were both very well mannered, polite, and kept me abreast of everything they were doing. They would say, “Ma’am, we are going to need to turn off the water for a little bit, and we will let you know we turn it back on.” Basically, anything that they needed to do, they let me know. I was truly impressed by their professionalism, workmanship, and their overall personalities…..like I said, they were very polite, and I was quite impressed. Please be sure to let them both know, they did a great job and I am extremely happy with the boiler. I have and will continue to highly recommend Poorman’s to anyone needing their services

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the job Poorman’s did on our new central air conditioning! We have lived with window air conditioners for 11 years and are so greatful for Ryan, our salesman and the great install team. Our 90 year old home as never felt so cool and comfortable. Such a blessing! Our basement looked cleaner after they left then when they arrived.

Cameron was excellent in every respect. He let us know when he was on his way, and was on time according to the scheduled time. He was very courteous, explained what he was going to do and made sure were in agreement with it. I was very pleased overall with his performance and would have him back anytime.

Billy is very professional and friendly. He has been doing maintenance last couple years. I request him because I feel very secure with his knowledge. Great guy!!
